How did you get started with bodybuilding?
Back in high school I played Lion Dance a lot and it kept me very fit. Although it wasn’t until I was 18+ that I started going to the gym. I remember when I had first started I would train very often and with a lot of intensity. My friends would train with me too and were always there to push me to my limits. 8 months later I had noticed some great changes to my physique and that was when I began to fall in love with the weight room.
The gym became an escape from the world and I have been addicted ever since!
Personal training is about helping people reach their health and fitness goals. Most individuals seeking the guidance of a personal trainer want to improve their general fitness, reduce pain, improve their athletic performance or lose weight. With 70% of the Malaysia population considered to be overweight or obese, the need for personal training services is more important than ever!1 There are obvious health risks associated with being overweight, but there is also the aspect of people lacking confidence and feeling apprehensive about their body. Whatever the reasons, people are in need of help and motivation when it comes to safely and effectively incorporating exercise into their regular routine. When they look for help, they will turn to a fitness professional who has a passion for sharing knowledge and changing people’s lives!
